Cancellations:

Reservations can be canceled up to 21 days prior to arrival, with a full refund of the deposit.
If canceled within 8 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded, but may be fully used for another stay within 180 days.
There are no refunds for cancellations made after midnight on the 7th day prior to arrival.
In accordance with European Hotrec regulations and hotel industry practices established by the Trento Chamber of Commerce, in the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
